WaveHost designs and builds websites, business sites and custom platforms, and provides ongoing hosting, maintenance and support through a monthly care plan. The specific scope of each project is defined in your quote and agreement.
Build projects carry a one-time setup fee as quoted. Care plans are billed monthly and have a 12-month minimum. Work beyond the edits included in your plan is billed hourly at the rate in your agreement.
Your content, branding and domain are yours. Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created for you as described in your agreement.
Care plan clients can submit support requests through the portal. We aim to respond within one business day.
